Agape Impact Ministries, Inc. (AIM) takes your privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with AIM as highly confidential. In addition, AIM does not share e-mail addresses, mailing address, or phone numbers of any of our donors or constituents. We will never use the names of our donors in any marketing or media without first obtaining their approval.

AIM is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. We have developed this donor privacy policy to ensure our donors that donor information will not be shared with any third party.

  Here are the types of donor information that we collect and maintain:
• Contact information: name, organization/church, complete address, phone number, email address
• Payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information
• Shipping information: name, organization/church, complete address
• Information concerning how you heard about Agape Impact Ministries, Inc.
• Information you wish to share: questions, comments, suggestions
• Your request to receive periodic updates: e.g., to individuals who request it, we will send periodic mailings related to specific fund-raising appeals, prayer concerns, and/or newsletters

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
